World Magnesium Day 2026
On Friday afternoon, 23 October 2026, fifteen researchers and practitioners from Europe and North America take you from cellular mechanisms to public health in four hours. How does the cell regulate its magnesium balance, what do we know about the role of magnesium in ageing, immunity and the cardiovascular system, and how do you measure the magnesium status of an entire population? And what does that mean for Veendam, home to the purest magnesium source in the world?
Every contribution lasts fifteen minutes at most, including questions. In a single afternoon, you get a broad and up-to-date picture of the research.
For whom? Researchers, clinicians, entrepreneurs, policymakers, healthcare professionals and students in the Netherlands and abroad. Free to attend, registration required.
