Value of the Logo
The Zechstein Inside logo is internationally recognized as a symbol of quality and
strong business commitment. Companies producing products with our high-quality
magnesium chloride can use this logo as a mark of trust and superiority in their
market.

Conditions

Restricted Use: The logo may only be used for products that actually contain Zechstein Inside magnesium chloride* and are reproduced according to our safety evaluations. 

Duration of Consent: This consent is valid for a period of two years from the date of signing. Renewal is required after this period.

Revocation of Consent: Zechstein Minerals BV reserves the right to revoke permission for logo use at any time in case of misuse or non-compliance with the conditions.

Supervision and Compliance: Zechstein Minerals BV reserves the right to conduct periodic inspections to verify compliance with these conditions. Refusal to allow these inspections may result in revocation of permission.

Prohibited Use: The logo may not be used in a misleading manner or in a way that conflicts with the interests of Zechstein
Minerals BV. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action. 

Responsibility: The company that may use the logo is responsible for the correct and honest use of the logo. Any violations of these conditions will be strictly enforced.

*The logo can not be used on liquid products that are made our of our flakes. (see also: FAQ)

Occasionally, Zechstein Minerals BV may discover companies using the logo without
permission. This is a violation of our trademark and diminishes the value of the logo
for companies that use it properly. Zechstein Minerals BV will enforce its rights under
the law regarding unauthorized use of the logo.
